Cloud Cover Good
A good use of alternative sounds, my biggest complaints are that the end drags on a bit, and during the middle it gets repetitive. However, I do look forward to future projects from you.

But if you're going for creepy, this isn't working. It feels more like a lullaby. The sounds you use are soft, and you might want to try messing around with a more disjointed "screechy" sound. It doesn't have to be loud or fast, but something less sleepy. As it is, its something nice to fall asleep to.
